Helen Walters won a close fought match in the ladies beating Mary Hind 3-1.

Cedric Best (Club Championships)

Eddie Lager, after a very tough first game, cruised to victory in the mens beating Paul Best 3-0.

Plate and Veterans’ finals – 4 May

Veterans’ competition

Veterans’ Competition was won by Paul Best. After a close first game Paul upped his pace and ended with a comfortable win over Peter Lennard Jones 3-0

Plate Competition

The plate final produced the tightest match of all the finals.  After 5 sets of intense competition Brian Pearson emerged the victor over John Clausen.
